My career in international education—as a teacher in the UK and Finland, and as a Head of School in Switzerland, Japan, Germany and Oman—has given me broad and insightful perspectives on international school governance and leadership. This experience has been further strengthened through my accreditation work, supporting and evaluating schools in my role as Associate Director at the Council of International Schools and through my doctoral studies.
This professional journey has shaped my ability to understand the complex opportunities and challenges facing international schools today. I bring a strong appreciation of the cultural contexts that inform my work with diverse school leadership teams and governing boards.
