Analysis Overview

Underpinning my work is a rigorously developed governance rubric. Informed by research, global standards, and extensive practical experience, it provides the foundation for analysis and development of governance in schools. It is structured across nine dimensions and seven analytical lenses, which offers a practical way to evaluate and strengthen governance at every level.

The focus of each lens is shown below. In total, the rubric comprises 62 development components each with its own continuum from developing to advanced governance practices.
